28th of August "Urban Art Festival"
YEU Cyprus is organizing the 1st Urban Art Festival on the 28th of August in the streets of Old Nicosia (exact places to be announced soon)!
Capoeira, Batukinio, Graffity, Beatboxing, Breakdancing and story telling accompanied with "lafta" instrument will all be part of the program!

6th oh August "Treasure your Trash"
Some Volunteers from YEU Cyprus are organizing a Workshop "Treasure your Trash" in Limassol this Wednesday 6 of August at 18:00h in Friend of the Earth Cyprus (St Andrews, 361, Limassol), where they are going to do a information sesion about the environment and the importance of recycling.
18:00 - 19:00h: Information Session
19:00 - 21:00h: Handcraft
If you want to have a nice day and learn more about the recycling, how recycle and what can you do with your trash, this is your opportunity to learn all about it.

Lefkosia)
What’s the best way to vanish a
prejudice?

Give the people the chance to really meet
them!
These people are around us. Do we know
what difficulties they face or when they are happy? Do we know their culture,
their traditions, their ideas?
This is A CHANCE to really know them!
And what a better place to socialize over
a table with DELICIOUS FOOD!
YEU Cyprus is organizing a follow up
dinner of the “You Heard them… now hear my voice” to promote acceptance, and
why not? To help making new friends!
What’s the concept?
15 volunteers bring 1 ingredient each, we
then improvise and prepare together a delicious vegetarian dinner for 25 people

27th June. "You heard them... Now hear my voice"
YEU Cyprus is organizing the informative session "You heard them... now hear my voice" on June 27th from 16:00-19:00 at NGO Support Center.
During the session, workshops regarding social inclusion and zenophobia will take place whilst asylum seekers will join us to share their own story. In addition, the short film "Cyprus de-colored" will be shown. It is a sensitive issue that affects us ALL.

YEU Cyprus is organizing the "Puzzle of Cyprus" Festival Join us on Saturday 21st of June and enjoy every piece that makes the Cypriot Puzzle! Let's celebrate together the Cypriot Diversity at Eleftheria Square from 15:00-19:00. Traditional food from different comunities, dances, confessional booth and more consist the schedule of the festival.

We would like to invite you to a very funny, amazing and really crazy event. It's the Paintball Day. We are going to play this game on the 4th of May at 10:00.

11 - 13 April. Portrait of a City second edition.
The second edition of "Portrait of a city" festival has been embrassed with great seccess!
For a second consecutive year the issue of identity through a Festiavl of Arts and Creativity took place in Nicosia 12 - 13 April 2014
The purpose was to outline the multicultural portrait of a city towards the acceptance of diversity.

16 March: Antiracism Flashmob
As a part of the campaign takes place during the European Week Against Racism 15-23 March , YEU Cyprus has organized an antiracism flashmob.
The flashmob took place on Sunday 16th of March at Phaneromeni Square in Nicosia , where youngsters have ghatered togheter to spread the message of dolidarity against discrimination and racism. Because we believe that diversity does make us stronger!
